The upstairs features a shared den, kitchen and dining with vaulted ceilings; two master bedrooms each with doors to the deck.

Downstairs, the kids can play with two bedrooms and a den of their own. Peace can be had with a houseful. The laundry room is also located on this floor, which has its own door to the deck.

The street side of Smith Lake Retreat has enough parking space for several cars and a boat trailer. You can launch your boat at Ryan Creek Marina and be at the house in just a few minutes.
The lake side of this home boasts a beautiful view of Smith Lake. Entrances to the the deck are located on both floors and lead to a double-decker dock. For a challenge, wake-board right off the dock or try the water ski slalom course just a mile away.
